It looks really really great!
Just a couple of things: may you post the UV layout? I can't see any uv seam , you hide them really well

And the polycount: it's 2700 but the screenshots show models made with quads... You should post screenshots with the model "tripled"..

I'd say the feet look alittlesmall and undefined. I think your model could do with talons and teeth. Also, I would use noselfshadows in the material because I can see a couple of nasty shadows that disrupt what is otherwise a really very nice piece of work.

Just a couple of things: may you post the UV layout? I can't see any uv seam , you hide them really well

And the polycount: it's 2700 but the screenshots show models made with quads... You should post screenshots with the model "tripled"..

I'd say the feet look alittlesmall and undefined. I think your model could do with talons and teeth. Also, I would use noselfshadows in the material because I can see a couple of nasty shadows that disrupt what is otherwise a really very nice piece of work.
