Hi, here's another small q4 mp map. I'm not exactly sure why I've done this map or why I've chosen a rusted metal texture set (since most of the q4 maps use that texture set) but well, here it is :D

IMPORTANT: You need to have the latest Quake4 patch (Quake4-1.4.2) installed to play this map.

Holy shit. Nice.

Two thumbs up.

Very nice work, I always liked your mapping style ever since you made that city level for prey.

nice to see another high quality map from you BJA

Just going by the screenies, it's good to see another high quality level from you bja, only problem I can see is that it's not SP.

heXum@Posted: Sat Jul 28, 2007 9:14 am :
Yeah, that's really the only thing stopping me from downloading it. I mean, BJA makes great stuff so I know it'll be good... but... I don't play Quake 4 multiplayer. If I did, I would check it out.
However, I know it's fun to churn out a MP map since it's muuuuch quicker than a SP map.
The screenshots look great.

@Bubba-E: thanks :)

@Jack Rammsdell: I hope you liked the maps before the prey city level also :D

@g0th: thanks!

@bkt: well, heXum already gave you the answer why it's no sp map ;) I currently don't have much time and making a mp level so much less time consuming, as I'm pretty sure you already know. I still have a small d3 sp map on my harddrive that I did some looong time ago. Layout and texturing is mostly done, but I really don't know when or even if I'll finish it. It's just so unmotivating to work on old stuff :| . By the way, what's going on with your Q4 sp map? Any progress or still on hold?

@heXum: Thanks, much appreciated :) I know what you mean, I don't play Q4 either and everytime a download a new multiplayer map I just jump through it for a couple of minutes and delete it afterwards.

Thanks again guys for your kind words. Btw, I've uploaded some bigger screenshots, in case anyone is interested:
