Hey guys,
I'm new to Doom3 mapping though have mapped for almost a decade in q2,q3, hl1 and recently hl2.

Vista just doesn't want to co-operate with Doomedit. I've disabled Aero visual effects in Vista and updated Doom3 to version 1.3.1. I've also tried running in XP compatiability mode and disabling visual themes.

When Doomedit loads everything looks washed out and bright, everything is there but some of the interface isn't even visiable.

GTK Radiant works fine but I'd like to use Doomedit. I've searched the net and the only advice I could find was to disable Aero.

Check you disabled antialiasing into the game, DoomEdit don't like it. ;)

That did the trick, many thanks
