Well, I made the model in 3ds max, low and high poli, I have the texture (diffuse) I wanna use, the spec and the local, but the the texture, in some parts of the cliff, looks like this...

Looks like the original stretched texture-problem. Check your uvw's. Did it look like that in 3ds max?
