even if you're a cheapskate like me, you would find it hard to pass this deal up.

finished it in about one sitting. none of the puzzles were too hard (but i already knew how to kill the computer at the end). i got a little annoyed at some parts like the super long jumps that seemed to be more trial and error than puzzle solving. maybe i just wasn't very good at it.

good game.

I second this recommendation, it's a great game.

Agree with the above.

I posted this elsewhere, but have any of you played any real good map packs or mods for Portal? I know a few are mentioned on other forums, but I haven't tried any myself.

$30 orange box.

$10 cheaper then steam. Since we're on the topic of cheap Portal, this is $6 per game included (HL2, Ep1, Ep2, Portal, TF2).

Both are extra cheap and more than worth the price.

Yes but when Ep.3 is released you just know Valve will bundle them all together again and probably at a better deal than that.

yes. sad part is that valve counts re-sales of previous products as a new sale. IE everyone who owned HL1 & EP1 but bought orange box added a sale to HL2 & EP1, even though it won't really get used.

id should take a lesson: include a free copy of all their older games with their newer ones, charge an extra $15, don't sell it with out the extras & rack up HUGE sales on old games that people already own. :)

Yeah, but you could give it away to some friend, so it's actually a sale in most terms.

i don't know anyone who wants any valve product besides hl1. :) still a lost sale.

Get Red Orchestra for $5.00 on Steam.

Portal should be $10 in stores now.
