The new version of Blender (2.48) is out and there's a 64-bit Windows build (only for Vista apparently). I've already tried it and I've had no problems.

What exactly is "Blender Game Engine"?
It looks really good!

It's an 'internal' game engine that allows you to build games, and not just 'pong'. There are people out there doing some appareantly complex things with BGE, not to mention the recent Apricot project that used Blender as the content development tool.

Ok, it's a cool tool so. thanks!
I thought it was 'just' a realtime-like renderer to test futur ingame assets.

Thank you.
