here's a vid showing some cool human AI stuff:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MctUUGGhBgYbut i'm sure there will be AI bugs a plenty not unlike farcry & crysis
TRSGM@Posted: Mon Oct 27, 2008 1:55 am : Snapped its neck-- interesting. I don't know if this is strictly an AI thing, though. Cool!
The Happy Friar@Posted: Mon Oct 27, 2008 12:29 pm : i wouldn't call it an AI think either, it's a mess up with the creature's damage. 4 legged animals (for the most part) become a battering ram when they have their head down. But also, I've never seen a 4 legged animal walk around a stationary object & then run in to it. They're pretty good at recognizing where things are that are in their way.
Mordenkainen@Posted: Mon Oct 27, 2008 5:44 pm : There's plenty of videos of cats, dogs, whatever running into obstacles as they are running away.

I liked it because in games this almost never happens, with the entire world being made of nerf except for players falling down.
