Whats the difference in Units? Quake 3 feels squatty and dwarf like in comparison to Doom 3.
I believe 1 unit in Q1/2/3/D3 are all the same.

I thought he wanted to know what the conversion between the games was, not the character height.

In Quake3 the player speed is way higher than in Doom3, so the player needs more space. Maybe because of this the player in Q3 is smaller compared to the environment?
For Doom3 I remember they wanted to have more realistic measurements.
