Hi all.
I have a problem with flashing textures. especially on the walls in the city, before I played the boxed version of the game but this is a game from Steam. Previously, I had never noticed. I reinstalled the game and drivers but nothing helped. Can anyone help pleas? here is gif. with my problem.

That is a problem with the decal not being sorted correctly. Similar things happen in doom 3, because of the polygon offset command afaik. Probably you can fix this by adjusting your video settings, either in the game (though i recall they are somewhat limited in-game) or with your video card manufacturers adjustment software.

nobody can help?
I tried everything already. Low setting in the game, a combination of driver settings,reinstall... but nothing helps. :(

Go into the console, type 'r_znear' then <enter>.
The game will give the current value.
If the value is anything different than '3' then type this into the console: r_znear 3

I suspect that some eager config somewhere set it to something crazy like 0.1 or something because that causes this exact behaviour.
(bloody 'configs' which are usually just a bunch of crap you should stay far away from in *any* case).

thank you. I get home and try (now I'm at work). I would be glad if it helped

BloodRayne nothing has changed. Current value is 5. I try 1_20. I just browse through the textures.
More flashing textures. In the picture it is not seen because it flashes quickly, but these flashes.

I would say it is driver problem. I had similar issues with it. Maybe try newest driver (or older ones).

F.e. for me anti-aliasing doesn't work properly on ATI card on 2d sprites. I think nobody cares about that game anymore and doesn't test it with newer drivers.

EDIT:
If you have steam version maybe try to disable steam overlay for the game
