Doom3Edit, GTK Radient/DarkRAdient.

I prefer Doom3Edit myself, but GTKRadient & DarkRAdient each have their own plusses/minuses. Dark has a built in particle (and others) editor for example (you could still use D3's though) but GTK has a nicer mouse interface imho.
