Description
Plays an effect on a particular location of the entity.
Usage
void playEffect( string effectName , string boneName , float loop )
Parameters
- [effectName] - Name of effect to play.
- [boneName] - Skeleton location to play the effect at.
- [loop] - Whether to loop the effect.

$my_entity.playEffect( "fire64", "joint01", 1 );
